Turbo actuator arm

Bizarre thing happened yesterday......wife came home and said the car had hesitation under acceleration and a warning light popped up but went off again before she could see what it was. I scanned the car this morning and had code 4530. I began checking vac lines and then looked at the turbo. The little arm that links the actuator with the turbo itself was missing! I dropped the undertray and luckily there it was. So was one of the little clips that hold it on it was in two pieces. I managed to put it back together using a couple of spare circlips.

Anyone else had this happen?
