Feeler: Lease Takeover 2014 BMW 328xd (AWD Diesel) Almost $50K MSRP New

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
USD 241.00

Item Interest
Guys,

My wife has asked me to put this out there as a feeler only to see if there is interest. We did a 2 year lease on February 27, 2015 for 12K Miles a year. Car had 12K miles on it when we bought it (was a loaner car). So you will have 36K Miles total (12K at purchase + 24K = 36K Miles) But either way a great deal for someone.

Black Sapphire Met. over Black Leather - Navigation, Back up Camera, PDC, Moonroof, Cold Weather Pkg. We get 600 highway miles to the tank.

Car has just over 20k miles now. Only thing I have done to the car is tinted the windows. (50%F/35%R)

We put money down to get to our super low lease payment, so my wife wants to re-coupe $3000 as a down payment for a $241 lease payment. Yes you are seeing it correctly. New owner will also pay BMW lease transfer fee.

You will not get a cheaper lease payment anywhere.

Please send me a message here or email me at djse60@gmail.com if there is any interest at all.

We didn't do a takeover. We bought it from a BMW dealer. Was a Loaner car.

Car is in Northern VA. Only testing the waters to check interest because baby is on the way. Wife thinks her car is big enough, I would rather her get an SUV.

Isn't 17 months remaining x 241/month + 3500 down = 447/month? Still a good price for what you are getting and all the included packages.

Cash Down

We put money down to get to a comfy payment. No one can achieve that payment without cash down. If you aren't interested no worries. We put cash out and we want to re-coupe some cash for the next lease. Our payment is tax included for VA. residents.

An equally equipped new 328xd priced at invoice will need about $10K down to get to our payment. 16 months left on lease with about 800 miles a month remaining. We have lowered the down payment to $3000, at $241 a month, that is $6856 to drive a near $50K 328xDrive Diesel sedan for 16 months. Email me if there's any interest.

Seems like an amazing deal. I think the $3000 is what no one wants to put up.

The payment cannot be achieved without money down. It's common knowledge

I understand. But without the $$ my wife would rather keep the car. No worries, we aren't in position where we have to get out, I would just prefer she get something else. But at the same time $241 is dirt cheap, someone would be buying the payment.

We actually more than $3k down. In order to equally match the lease payment we got, it will take close to $10K down. I got a good deal and would pass it along for a similarly good deal. I will take some pictures when I get back in town.
