I've got a 2011 E91 330d which I absolutely love, however when the load cover is extended it rattles so much when driving. I think it's the part where it clips in near the tailgate, the weight of the flap on the end seems to cause that part to keep jiggling in the pillars where it contacts.

Has anyone come across this or know how to fix it? I want to keep my load cover extended but the sound irritates me too much.
