It's in the trunk on the drivers side.
I can hear a fan spinning in it for a bit wven after turning my car off.

Looks like an amp but I thought that was down low in the center of trunk?

I thought I read posts where peoples amps going out due to water getting into trunk and people complaining that BMW shouldn't have put it in the lowest part of the trunk?
