E90 Lci boot spoiler
Hi all
As per my other post, thinking of adding a couple of small cosmetic mods. Been thinking of boot spoiler. In particular, this one. http://www.ssdd-motorsport.com/index...product_id=174 Can anyone vouch for the quality of parts from ssdd? Thing I'm worried about is colour match, being silver Thanks Garry |

I'm not sure about SSDD but I got a pre-painted Sapphire Black M3 style boot lip spoiler off a seller from Taiwan on eBay (item number: 361174965029 / seller: emotors2000) and found the build quality to be excellent. Delivery was rather quick too (only took a week).
The same guy also does other types of spoiler including the one you just posted painted in Titanium Silver (361201767025) for half the price. I personally prefer the subtler bootlip spoiler than the one you're after, here's some pics of mines: 3 months down the line no issues at all with the spoiler, still looks brand new and quality feels very OEM (no cracks in the paint or irregularities in the surface, paint job is excellent too). By the way I attached mines with 3M spoiler tape, that stuff is solid! |

Excellent, many thanks for this buddy. Had a look at the part number you mentioned. Certainly looks the part! Just a bit worried in case I need to return for any reason, postage to Taiwan would probably be steep lol...

I bought one from emotor's too but went colour coded (Alpine White) colour match was good to be fair
Also bought one for my F30 in EBII & the colour match on that was spot on too Only thing I would suggest is ask them to declare the value lower or state its a gift to try & avoid the tax bill from FedEx (usually about 15%) |

Yes I have bought a boot lip from SSDD, perfect colour match & fitment on my E92. Also bought a few other bits over the years, think the guys called Teddy that runs/owns the business & he has always been very helpful when I've contacted him, replying immediately.
