Hey guys car is 58 plate and has factory cic nav

Iv tried the hidden menu a handful of times and option 7 does not bring up coolant temperature reading, its just goes back to menu, any ideas?

Also like the earlier models i can not reset the inspection service, car was recently treated to a full health check and came out faultless at main dealers, they were going to reset inspection light as oile service was done and they checked car over for health check which is pretty much an inspection as well as mot carried out at same time, i can not get light to reset when holding trip meter reset

Do these later models not come with a dpf life indicator on i drive?

What are you trying to reset? Normally i think when something needs changing or looking at soon on the idrive the service light automatically pops up aswell?

Off top of my head i put key in ignition. Press start to put ignition on only. Wait for any lights to go off and hold the mileage reset button on the clock till after you see the yellow triangle. After that flick through what you want to reset with your left stalk and hold the bc button down to reset them

Thanks raj, for some reason i was pressing trip reset button lol, bc button did the trick

Still aint figured out coolant temp and dpf life indicator

Anyone know how to check dpf life and coolant temp as hidden menu does not show reading
