BMW 2015 F30 335xi M-Sport Highly optioned lease takeover $515/mo.

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
USD 550.00

Location:
✓ Will Ship

Item Interest
Lease Info:
Lease Start: 4/28/15
Lease End: 4/28/18
Lease Mileage Max: 40,906
Current Mileage: 12,XXX (is my daily, but I am driving the M3 more than the 335 now so mileage will climb slowly).
Mileage Info: Mileage is about 2000 short of giving you 1000 miles per month for the 30 months that are left. 2000 miles only cost about $320 dollars from BMW-which you can use the incentive to purchase if needed. You would still have nearly $5200 in cash if you bought the miles.

Payment: $701.95
Incentive to you: $4000 (negotiable)
Payment after incentive: Approx. $550/mo.

I have decided to keep my E46 M3 and therefore need to offer my F30 335xi M-sport for lease takeover.

2015 335xi M-sport with 30 months remaining and 28K miles remaining (36/12K). Lease payments are $701.95/month, but I will offer $4000 incentive to the person taking over the lease that will effectively lower the payment to around $515/month. Incentive equals your first 6 months are nearly free.

Willing to buy mileage prior to the transfer to get the new owner back to having a full 1000 miles per month. I am about to make the fifth payment and have had the car for just short of 4 months. Will make sure that new owner has 32K miles available (or 1K per month if the purchase doesn't happen within the month).

I am driving the car to work now on occasion (trying to drive the M3 more often to keep miles off this).

Updated the incentive to be a bit stronger. I put nothing down on this car, so I realize that the payment is a bit high.

Updated the incentive. Don't think I'll go any higher than this as I might as well keep the car.

Thanks.

I am interested, but I would like to know buyout price. I don't want to lease.

Do you know the buyout price?

You went from buying a 335xi 6 months ago, to keeping an e46 m3 2 months ago, to buying an m3 today? Impressive.

I have a 2002 M3. I was going to sell that when I bought the 335. I decided I wanted to keep the m3 so I am getting rid of the 335. I recently found a 2006 M3 in the color combo I have always wanted so I am trying to buy that, sell my 2002 M3 and sell the 335. Yes, I am a bit crazy.

The incentive I am paying is about equal to 7 months free payments.

I am active on m3forum if anyone wants to verify that I do in fact own an m3 also. This 335 is great but too much car for a daily driver if I am keeping the m3. Same screen name on m3forum.

Need this gone....upped the incentive one last time. Seems like a pretty good deal now at $515/month. Basically 8 months free car before you have to start making payments if you use the incentive make the payments.

Yes, I am probably offering too much of an incentive and have been thinking about backing it down.

Don't back it down yet because I am very interested.

Can you give me an update on mileage time left etc?

Thanks!

I am in the northern suburbs of Chicago.

Mileage is currently at 12XXX. Getting my M3 back from getting rod bearings tomorrow, so I should be mostly parking this for a while.

Updated details:
Lease began 4/28/15
Lease due 4/28/15
Max mileage at lease end: 40,906 (which leaves roughly 28K miles against 30 months - 930 miles a month or so) You can use some of the incentive to buy more miles from BMW if you want. I checked and 2000 miles would only be $320.

Just had oil service done on Saturday so it is ready to go if someone wants it.

If anyone is serious, wants the VIN, etc, you can call or text me (Brian) at 224-522-5204.
