damage to my car

so i have managed to reverse into a skip.....

Does any one know any good body shops they can vouch for

I'm around wembley in london

I shall get a quote from them

after calling a few reputable body shops the most common price i am getting is £300 the do the rear quarter, repair and blend leaving the car in an oven to let the paint set

blend the quarter into the door and rear bump?

That's correct they have said they'll blend into the door and rear bumper

to be fair I was expecting a price much higher than what I have been quoted

I think its an average price.

prices down there must be different to where I am but lately im just going off recommendation

I would of expected to pay around £200 here for that from a good reputable garage - up north ive heard its sometimes even cheaper than down here!

£300 is the going rate for that sort of job.
Pull as much of the dent out as possible.
Fill the rest.
Paint etc.
probably be in 2-3 days ish for drying time etc?.

Yep those bloody skips are a PITA. I remember once I was on a hill on a private yard & needed to go back a little to get out. It was the morning & I wasn't quite with it. Thought (or not) I'll just roll back then move forward. Of course no parking sensors.BUGGER.

Vtech in Perivale are quite good. They do a lot of insurance work too. Proper body shop and reasonable rates for private paying clients.
