What does this thing circled in red do? It looks like it's connected to the rod that goes across from left to right, that connects to the motor on the right side to control the tilt.

On mine, for some reason the left side is slightly higher than the other side. I believe the bar goes across and into the motor so it controls both sides.

I'm trying to remove the motor so that I can manually level off the right and left side, then put the motor back in.
