You probably hit the sensor on the front or back that trips when the pads are below a certain thickness.

Brake job time. If you DIY you can do front/back rotors/pads and sensors for $500-$600.

E90 platform has been around for almost 10 years. You're not the only one who has needed new brakes.

How long do I have? I have a 250 mile trip I'm leaving for tomorrow....?

Should I stick stock or get something like this?

I went with the first option but used stop tech pads and just went slotted not drilled and they've held up quite well.

There's a rconcepts rep on this site that hooked me up with everything.

Good grief. Stop buying parts off ebay. Everyone has told you this. Ebay stuff is crap. Stick to ECS, turner, or forum vendors. You probably only need pads and sensors anyways.
