Hey guys

A Facebook group that some of us are part of have sorted out a club stand at Gaydon which is on Sunday the 16th.

There's about 10 of us so far I think, and I thought I'd put this post up to see if there's anyone from here that was also looking to attend and wants to be on a club stand.

Due to the tight deadline set by the show organisers themselves, I need people to confirm their positions tonight if they want to come. Sorry about the super tight deadline, it has been out of our hands.

I know a few of the guys here are already with us, anybody else? Digitalize ? singh21 ?

Me and Tin are deffo up for it. How much are the tickets and what time would we need to meet you guys to get car passes and wristbands? Where is the stand too?

Tickets are £12.50 which need to be paid via Paypal to the main admin of this FB group by the end of today. He will be buying all of our tickets tomorrow morning. Look me up on FB (Az Riz) and I'll get you into the group for organisation. We need to know numbers on there.

Meet locations are Beaconsfield Services at 07:30 and then a second location TBC near the show itself at 08:40 to meet with others and receive our tickets etc before rolling in.

Sounds like a plan. I'm not really an FB user lol but do have an account (just need to remember the login details LOL). Will try to find you on there but worse case just let me know he PayPal details via PM and I'll pay no problem.

How does it work, do you need to be booked onto a club stand to actually get your car into the show?

Yes. If you're not booked on a pre-organised stand, you have to park in the public carpark with all the other punters attending.

Request to join the FB group ( https://www.facebook.com/groups/858167030879390/ ) and tell me your name so I can accept you. I will then invite you to the event and you'll see payment instructions etc there.
