Heated seats prewired?
I have just bought a E90 LCI 330d which has a good spec Inc fully electric seats with memory.
But strangely they are not heated. Is there a way I check if the seats do have the heating elements or even if they sre already prewired? I saw another thread where someone discovered there car was prewired! |

Thanks mate, I'll have a look later.
Is it possible to make out if my car does have have it with the seats in place? Or do you need to take the seats out? |

from reading the other thread, the two empty spaces on the right hand side of your photo are where the heated wiring would go.
So no, your seats dont have it. |

Unfortunately the heating pads and components are not pre-installed in all seats. The only thing I have found is that sometimes the cars themselves will have the wiring already in situ to allow for retrofit but tbh even that has only been on the E53 X5's where they are pre-wired for everything pretty much.
