N53 - O2 Sensor compatibility?

Hi!
I want to install new O2 sensors before catalytic converter on a left-hand-drive vehicle.

Can i replace this:

by this:
http://www.bosch-automotive-catalog....uct/0258017099

and this:
http://www.bosch-automotive-catalog....uct/0258017110
by this:
http://www.bosch-automotive-catalog....uct/0258017098

without any worries?
The lenght and the Type formula is the same, the only difference is that the LHD has some kind of heat coat as you can see on the image. Is it really necessery? As i see this is not common at other O2 sensors on the market. I dont really understand is why is there a coat on the LHD and why isnt there on RHD cars. The engine is the same...
In my country we dont really have LHD O2 sensors on stock, and they are twice the price as RHD.
Can i buy RHD sensors, what do you think?
