Code injectors with bluetooth dongle?

Is this possible..?? Thinking about ordering the BMWhat adapter but not sure if it supports this..

Contact Carly and ask them of their app well or not.
And ask if the Bluetooth is good for it, or a OTG cable with USB to obdii cable?
