Are Australian BMW Dealerships Becoming Arrogant?
After a recent conversation with a good friend of mine about his recent sales experience with a South East Qld Dealership. I had to ask the forum if they are experiencing similar issues when they went to the dealership.
Basically it seemed that the sales staff were too busy to deal with new customers. Almost expecting that they were more important than the customer. It would be good to hear from the broader BMW customer base - perhaps to help find a good dealership!

hit or miss unfortunately, it only takes an individual to ruin a dealership's image and quite often they won't be around long either.. Having said that though, I know that the main dealerships in Bris - they try and uphold a good image
I've had my share of bad experiences with some of the sales staff in several dealerships (not just BMWs), at the end of the day - I think it's better to shop around, find a dealership that the buyer is comfortable with and most importantly a sales staff that they can connect well! If you are not happy - do not waste your time on them, move along, there are plenty of other places! I think a good starting point would be to try out the main centres - ie. Bris Good Luck! |
