Caravan of BMW M2 spotted in San Francisco

As the title states, I ran into a caravan of M2's and an M4 (probably the test mule for the water injection system or possibly the GTS mule since it had the safety car sticker residual on the door) on Van Ness avenue today.

This picture of the AW M2 upfront really shows the width and visual effect of the rear fender flares to me clearly for the first time and I like

Not sure. All the prototypes I've seen have been black

Are those wheels same as M3/M4 19" or different?

Looks like these will be the wheels for the M2?

They are almost exactly the same but slightly different. They are 19" inch and will be standard

What city. And why would he not take interior pics? He needs to take higher quality and email it not send a text as it reduce's quality.

I would try opening the door and taking interior pics from there lol.

I wanna see if it has the actual m steering wheel with the most dct paddle shifters and m gear selector or not, would love to see if it has the m kombi and dash

looking at the large photos showing the front end, they covered both the steering wheel and seats... very protective!

I don't think we will see any pictures of the interior any time soon, Considering it is more covered up then the outside of the vehicle, Unless one of the drivers who is test driving the mule messes up and forgets to cover it up while the super superb spies on bimmerpost

comes along and photos it.

Witch will probably end that test drivers job.

But none the less great pictures. The car has gotten a lot wider then the M235i and those wheels are just glorious.

Also just spotted that the fuel lock is round and not square like on the m235i so dint think about that until now. Maybe due to the wider but on the car.

Also on the picture bellow the area around the headlight is really widened and on the M235i the headlights goes along the side of the body here the body of the car goes over the lights, This seems to me like its gonna be an huge area that collects grime,dirt and dead insects witch makes me wonder if they are going to change the headlights as well?

looks great, are those spokes thinner and seems more concave than the m4 ones? what else did u find different?
