Hi All -

I'm looking for a BMW service center to have my F30 serviced for brake fluid. I'd like to develop a good relationship for a potential next lease as mine is up within a year. Any suggestions? I don't mind driving a little bit if it's worth it. I've heard good things about BMW Silver Springs, but thought I'd poll the audience first.

Did you call them? I have a loaner from them now actually.

Oh, I went to their website to reserve an appointment, and there was no loaner option. There is, however, this option, on Silver Springs and a few other websites.

Do not go to Alexandria, I have had bad experiences the 3 times I have brought it there. I ended up just bringing it up to Freehold, NJ by my parents house. I just got a new job over by the Fairfax one so I'm gonna give them a try soon, hope they're better than Alexandria.

I go to Maryam @ Alexandria - Never any issues and she always makes sure I get a loaner and taken care of.

Alexandria is the worst. Place is a POS and service advisers are rude. I've had good experience with Fairfax.

BMW of Alexandria SUCKS! They quoted me $210 for an oil change. I went to Sterling and got it done for $79. Alexandria also destroyed my Jet Black paint when they detailed it.

I make the drive all the way from Arlington to SS for service and any other issue that comes up and they always have a loaner ready and are very polite.

I go to BMW of Fairfax, Frankie is my service advisor. I ask to be on Rich's team (hes the foreman) and they do great work!

Do you have a POC there for the extended warranties?

Fairfax has loaners just call to make the appointment. do not do Alexandria horrible customer service.

Sterling is great service-wise. I switched to Sterling after bad experiences at Alexandria. Ask for Joel Mank. Glad I did. Very satisfied.
