Can some people comment on BMW Northwest's service department? Good, bad or ugly?
If good can you recommend a SA? Thanks! |

not first hand experience but my gf had a hell of a time diagnosing some suspension problems with her 330i at bmw nw. long story short, after quite a few appointments and some serious cash blown, she had 1 strut replaced which wasn't even the problem.
ended up going to bmw seattle to resolve the issue. the fault was the control arm bushings and not the strut.. the tech found this within the first 15mins. needless to say from her experience, she will never go back.. would scratch this off as a fluke but after 3 trips to bmw nw without a fix.. i wouldn't reccommend.
