Replaced DME and CAS, now I have abs, dsc, and brake light

I replaced my DME and CAS with used ones, now I have yellow brake, dsc, and dtc lights. I didnt realize the DME I ordered was from an X drive. Is that what is causing this, or does that make a difference?

If I need to change anything in my DME, is there a way to do it? I have not changed the VIN in my new/used dme, if that makes anydifference. I have INPA, winkfp, NCS, and Progman.

Is there anything I can do?
