Side Bolster Issue

Has anyone here ever experienced an issue where one of the side boosters on the sport seats will not deflate? The left side inflates and deflates however the right side is holding firm and will not deflate.

If it matters, I am taking about the passenger seat in my 2014 328i M Sport

Hate to make another trip to the dealer since I was just there on Friday for a NBT Integration Update (and I noticed this on Saturday). I am 45 min from my dealer!

I'm afraid you'll need to hit the dealer once again to get that fixed. Probably an air hose that came loose inside the seat.

Can I ask you what this update was and how you got wind of it? I have a 2014 too and I'm wondering if there is a newer/better software out there?

I will visit the dealer and hopefully it won't be too long of visit!

As for the software, it's an idrive software update that makes the idrive a bit better when it comes to Bluetooth performance. There may be other changes but the main one for me is when streaming music over Bluetooth, the album/track metadata now changes when the song changes (like it did before when plugged in via USB). I also have improved connectivity with my phone.

If you visit the BMW connecteddrive website and put in your VIN, it will tell you what software is available for your car and if it's not compatible, you might need a firmware update.

Hope that helps!

Anyone ever had an issue with a pinched tube or loose valve? If the tubes run up the back of the seat via the hinge, maybe they can get cut/pinched/pulled out or off?

What country do you live in? I can't find that website in the US. I did find some kind of portal that is different than My BMW, but it doesn't have the US as an option. Links appreciated, thanks!
