Comes with a shroud kit? Also, did you have to modify your brake ducts to fit this?

No shroud kit.

No more brake ducts b/c I already had the M3 front bumper. Not sure if they'd still fit or not, but I doubt it. Get a new bumper

I did buy a new bumper, but got all the proper ducts also . I'll contact ER tomorrow and see what they'll say.
