BMWhat + 2008 E90: Coding Mirror Fold Anyone?
Has anyone been able to get the BMWhat feature to auto-fold the mirrors after you shut off the car to work? I've selected the feature in both modules necessary but my mirrors don't fold when I shut off the car. I'm wondering if it is simply because my car is a 2008 pre-LCI 335i Sean? If anyone else with a similar car has gotten it to work that would give me some hope.

There's no such feature.
There's auto-fold when you lock the car using the key fob. However, I don't recommend you do it, as in little time your folding motor will give in. (For the above I assumed you have the fold button on the door panel, and you can actually fold the mirrors by pressing it). Last edited by Douche; 02-23-2015 at 01:41 PM.. |

Ah, thanks for the clarification. I think I misunderstood. And I had the same thought about potentially wearing out the motor. Yes, my car does have folding mirrors via the button on the armrest.
