Hi,

I am back to market again!

The car has around 12000 miles on it.

The lease is 3 year / 30,000 miles.

Contract end on Mar 2017.

So still had around 20 months left.

Residual : $70,409.25
MSRP : $115,425.00
Final Payoff : $88,261.48 Good Through (7/22/15)
Security Deposit : $8,400

Monthly Payment : $1,067.87
Monthly Tax : $96.11
Monthly Total w/ Tax : $1,163.98

The monthly payment already included the Wheel and Tire Protection for the full 3 years. And this should be transferable to the new owner.

I am asking for $4,000 (used to be $7400) down payment for the Security Deposit. You will get back $8400 when you finish your lease.

I will pay the BMWFS Lease Fee, but you need to pay any assoicated transport costs if you need it shipped.

I will provide more photo next week.

The car MUST go. Since I got an i3 last month.
