Looking for some help.

I'm trying to install some headers on my e90 328i. I've contacted two shops and both quoted over 850 dollars. Seems like a lot for simple work. Is there anyone out there that could do it for cheaper or someone that could give me a hand?
I'm located in Oak Harbor, WA. It's on Whidbey Island. Anything would be great!
