E90 330d coolant leak.. Ideas please!!!!

I need a few ideas of everyone as to whats happening with my bloody coolant. Every 4 to 5 weeks i'm having to top up the header tank.

Now i did have a leak on the egr thermostat but that has since been replaced and leak free.
There is no leak around the header tank all is good there.
From top of bay cannot spot any wet patches.
There are no wet patches on the floor either. (no under tray fitted)

Car runs fine. No issues. Oil is good. Coolant is good. No mayo!! yay!
So its a flippin mystery. But its so annoying.
Thoughts on a postcard please!!!

cheers

Get it pressure tested could be an issue with any gasket or seal on the car.
Good luck finding where the problem is

Going to pull of the top covers the weekend and investigate a little more. need to find it as its very annoying. want to sort it before service. one other question is swirl flaps. does the 330d suffer with this. and is it worth blanking them? cheers.

Apparently not, they did look like a better design on my e90 330d I replaced mine at 79k and they was fine. I dont think the need doing, but it's personally choice really.

Egr cooler on the 35d is quite prone, so suspect the 30d could be just as prone to failure in theory

Very small leak in the rad maybe? I had the same thing last year and just out of pot luck by changing the rad it solved it. I assume I could never find it because it would only leak when the cars up to temp and under the pressure it would cause it to leak and then the water would just evaporate on the hot rad leaving no water marks to go by.
