I'm more worried about my rims getting caked on brake dust...

Thanks, I've been there a few times. I wouldn't take my m3 there though because of those brushes (if I remember correctly) they use at the beginning. Plus they use tracks and I'd rather avoid the potential for wheel damage.

What about Beverly Hills Car wash on the service road of the Grand Central PKWY in Astoria next to Jackson Hole diner across from St Michael's cemetary?

2000 Handwash on the LIE service road next to Arby's is good..

Has anyone tried out the Sonic Wash on Jericho Tpke?
Good for lowered cars I heard!

I wash the car myself in the warmer months but If i get caught in the rain or something and i need a quick hose down I take it to sonic. Not the best quality (never clean the damn wheels good) but acceptable if your in a pinch. Plus you get a free cup of coffee

They have a conveyor belt, no issues with lowered cars.

I dont know, I have yet to find a car wash that I love. Not to say anything negative about them , but most of us forum guys are anal, no car wash should satisfy us!
