Vacuum noise when coming to a halt

Guys, what is this noise?!

Happens when comment a halt or turning the engine off but not every time. did the 'remove oil filled cap while idling' and it came off with almost no resistance.

Hope this video works. (Noise is about 1 second in).

Bad video. It just sounds like you are getting out of the car.

I know it's shit. I'll try to do another. It's like a whoosh sound, and lower pitch than all the background noise.
