19" Tyre help

Hi, having just bought some 19" wheels im wondering what tyre sizes to go for and any recommendations, i wont be buying premium or RFTs , i was considering part worn but after thinking about it im now leaning more towards new.

Car is 07 e91 with msport suspension

Will 235 35 19 and 265 30 19 be fine? as they seem easier to find for my local tyre shop than 255 30 19

Im open to any ideas / suggestions

Those are the sizes I'm running on my new 19" wheels, I also have 225 front & 255 wide rears on my old alloys 19" alloys. What's your price range? www.tyreleader.co.uk & www.tyres-pneus-online.co.uk are both very reasonably priced companies that I have used in the last few months, I have fitted Pirelli Pzero silver & Toyo T1 sport tyres recently & I'm happy with both, depends on your budget.

We really need to know the alloy width before recommending tyre sizes.

It should say it on the alloy, for eg 8J is 8".

I have these and use 235/35/19 and 275/30/19. But simmo is right try and find your offset (and any spacers if you use them) as you don't want rubbing.

Are you standard ride height? At et27 on the rear 265 will rub if you are lowered

I've got those size wheels and offsets with a 265/30 falken tyre on the rear and they just catch the arch slightly on an e92 m sport. I need to get my arches rolled soon.

Not to worry, i went with 235-30-19 and 265-35-19 and its fine, fills out the rear arches great, but without scrubbing , obviously car is a tad higher but not to the point where i feel it `needs` lowering

What make tyres are those? They must be slightly narrower than the falkens I have as I should get away with a mm or two roll.
