Hey guys,

My 06 is just passed the 100k.. so parts are starting to wear out. Oh well!

I have a slight knocking sound coming from the front suspension, driving over uneven pavement, dips, etc..

More pronounced from the front left corner (perhaps because I'm closer to that corner) 9)

Sway bar bushings? endlinks?

I'm ready to do a complete front suspension overhaul. I've got a set of KW coilovers here ready to install, so may as well do it all and do 1 alignment afterwards.

Links for the endlinks, swaybar bushings, control arm bushings (how many per corner?) would be great. recommended manufactures, etc..

From ECSTuning, confirm if I'm on the right track:

Swaybar bushings qty 2 : p/n : 31356773512 (oem)
Swaybar end link left : p/n : 31356768771 (meyle hd)
Swaybar end link right : 31356768772 (meyle hd)

Perhaps ready for :
Lower control arms qty 2 : 31126768989 (oem)
Left lower tension arm : 31126768983 (oem)
Right lower tension arm : 31126768984 (oem)

Now, all the above racks up to 500$

Any recommended M3 upgrades that I should be looking at instead (used obviously)

Sounds like it could be a ball joint/tie rid end.

put car in air and shake front wheels and swaybar links. inspect for worn out components.

Will do guys.. sadly winter's kicked in.. will have to bring it to a garage. Hate that.. rather do it myself!
