Textar "epad"

I just installed the Textar "epad" on the front of my 2008 335xi. This is my daily driver. I don't autocross or track this car but I have done several seasons of autocross and a few track days in the past.

Though I only have about 50 miles on the new pads so far, it seems to me that initial bit is just a little bit less than dusty stock pads, but not objectionably so. In fact, with just a bit less initial bite, it seems i can better control the amount by which I slow down when entering turns. Hence, I don't necessarily see this as a bad thing. These pads are supposed to be like the Akebono Euro in terms of dust. Only time will tell. But I thought I'd share my initial thoughts for those of you looking for a low dust pad with initial bit similar to OE.
