Interior lighting console, intermittent issue

I have an intermittent issue with my interior courtesy lights, they occasionally work but more occasionally doesn’t (both for the front and passenger rear). When I push the plastic trip in the headlining it sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t. I have looked at the bulbs and they are all fine, I think there is a loose connection issue. I cannot see how to remove the whole lighting console, so that I can investigate, can anyone help……..pictures would be appreciated. Thanks in advance…….(BMW325i, 2005).
