Car is built!

I've just had an update from the dealer to say my car was built today

Just got to wait now for it to get here. This is going to be tough

I wouldn't worry, won't be until March at least before you can get any traction

It's going to be interesting coming from X-Drive that's for sure.

Just swapped back to winter wheels/tyres on mine and traction and ride quality improved instantly...

I don't mind the ride on 20" but it is noticeably more comfortable on 19" and with all the rain you can get the power down better with winters on, although not too much

Bring on the cold weather I say

I've been thinking about getting a set of winters but am in two minds about them.

I don't do a lot of miles and may not get the full value out of them but at the same time it's a lot safer to be on them.

I'm just not sure what is best to do

Congrats on the car. Where in South Wales are you from and what dealer did you use?

We're just the right side of the Severn Bridge

I went over to Bristol to purchase. They did me a great deal on the new car so it was an easy choice.

I got mine from Newport, they were doing the best deal at the time.

That's interesting. When I spoke to Newport they couldn't get close to the deal I'd been offered elsewhere.

I'm pretty much half way between Newport and Bristol so I'm just glad one of them came up with a deal otherwise it would have been road trip time
