Do you have welding capabilities? Also, are you knowledgable with how to remove the front panel around the radiator and condenser?

I am working on a project to install the Aux radiator from the 335is and/or PPK2 and convert it into a second oil cooler and I may need some of your help. The welding work would involve TIG welding AN -10 fittings to the tube ends on the aux radiator. I also need to install the holder bracket for the aux radiator which apparently involves a lot of disassembly (including removal of the bumper skin, bumper reinforcement beam, and front panel/headlights). I can send you the PPK2 installation instructions which will give you a better idea of what needs to be done to install this bracket.

Let me know if this is something you could handle. If you have a shop with a lift it would make things much easier as well. I have removed the bumper skin in my garage before but there is not a lot of space here.

Just worked on 3 of Taran's families cars, installed F Sport springs on his cousins 2011 lexus GS400H, replaced spark plugs and coils on his uncles 1999 GS300 and a front leveling kit on his dad's 2011 Dodge Ram. Come on fellas I can do more than just BMWs. Let's do some work.

PICS OF A BEFORE AND AFTER WALNUT BLASTING
Daniel gave me a great price on my Walnut blasting and oil filter housing gasket yesterday. My 07 335 had just crossed 72K miles and it had never had the blasting done. Car idles much smoother, has better throttle response and more consistent power without any hiccups when cold.

Glad I got this work done....wished I would have done the spark plugs and valve cover gasket at the same time as we noticed a potential little leak....something for the future I guess.

Attached are a few before and after pics of the blasting on my N54....obviously this should have been done awhile back.

Daniel does great work. He also took the time to teach and help me get familiar with my motor which I really appreciated.

The warp and brakes nicely done! Daniel was very patient and he made sure the warp lands on the roof perfectly. I will post some pics soon.

Can you PM your price for walnut blasting? Also should possibly replace my oil filter housing gasket and valve cover gasket while I'm at it. What would be the additional cost of that?
