No, just for the manual, but I imagine if you take out the automatic shifting plate this would fit just fine like every other bmw in history

How would I tell exactly? My car did not having heated steering wheel but I imagine these clock springs are pre wired

Not in this scenario. If you didn't have it from factory then it's a 99% chance it doesn't.
