Rebuilding BBS LM..

Hi guys..I was hoping to get a bit of help and guidance on this small project I have in mind; I am no wheel expert and have only changed wheels twice, iforged being my first and then these set I have, so please bare with me..
I've had the pleasure of owning a set of BBS LM for the last 3.5 years or so in the 19 inch e46 m3 spec variant (fronts 19 x 8.5 et 32, rears 19 x 10.5 et 25) in the standard silver colour (black bbs caps, painted silver centres and diamond cut lips I believe). When first owning them from another forum member, one of the lips had a curb rash, through the whole radius, so I decided to get the whole set flange edges to be machined flat (gives a rim protector bbs ch look). Down the years, I've had a longing of changing the look of the whole set..dont get me wrong, I still think they look great but I think I can improve them some what to a better level, so my idea (and questions) are as follows

1) I'd like the fronts to be wider and have a better step lip so naturally it will need to be a 9.5 barrel set up
2) The centres powdercoated white VS titanium VS brushed [samples attached]
3) Gold assembly fasteners
4) Polished stepped lips - as in super, glimmering, shine in your face kind of polished; dont care too much about the barrels
5) I already have silver BBS caps bought about 2 years ago in preparation of this rebuild but just got about researching now

So my questions are

1) What options have I in terms of getting the 9.5 barrels - apparently BBS dont provide replacement barrels for the LM's and the ones available from other vendors eg blackforest, rotiform, SRR (uk) etc are 3 piece variants
2) Buying a pair of new wheels from tirerack etc is not financially smart, as I still need to get the centres and barrels then worked on after purchasing completely new wheels, not forgetting the fact that the flange edges on my set are flat while the original LM's have a rounded finish
3) To achieve the stepped lip 9.5 et 22 look, do I then look to get 2 inch lips with 7.5 barrels from the 3rd party vendors?
4) The gold assembly bolts come in m7 with either 24, 30 or 32mm bolts..the original LM's use 24's but if I had to go with the 3 piece assembly, which ones do I need?
5) I was going to disassemble the wheel myself and send the different parts to get done separately ie the lips to be machined and polished by a metal polishing/chroming company and the centres to be powder coated by a specialist painter; and when all is done I was planning to reassemble them myself. This is not quite an exercise to save cost, but quite something I am interested in doing. As a profession, I already put people's hands/fingers/faces/bones together and I take pride in doing the best I can to give my patients back their livelihood..so I dont think it'll be that difficult to do it, I just need some advise, guidance and luck from all of the wheel experts we have on this forum..so please tell me what exactly do I need in order to put these parts of the wheel together as I obviously will need to order things in advance and get everything together..

And please, any feedback/advice/comments/criticism/wishes of luck etc is very most welcome from an opinion, to experiences and offers of help..I thank you all in advance.

you can source new barrels/lips but as you know it would most likely be three piece. Is that an issue? aren't these 40 hole faces? shouldn't be too difficult. A few options. Floss is probably the best to talk to. I think you're specs are on the money so hope you can get it done!

about getting in contact with floss, he's actually banned from the forums so I cant even PM him and searching through the net, he's mostly active in e46 forums and does not have a website..
