That's pretty impressive. I saw a 1/5th scale buggy in a model shop in Worthing before Christmas and they are huge. My son and I have a few 1/10th normal and wide body chassis between us (Associated, Kyosho and Tamiya) and mostly rally car shells but do have a couple of buggies and a few touring cars.

Great fun to lay a track out in the garden in the summer.

Regards

Chris

I'm looking at the Mamba max line of brushless motors...

Clockable at over 70mph now, just with LiPo batteries...

Ouch !

You might be able to sit "on" it. Not sure how far it would move though...

Although it says that it has a 'massive' 23cc engine I do think performance would be reduced slightly with the additional weight.

You could probably strap a child to it though or a small monkey.

Where's Carlos when you need him?

I've got some kids, but I think their mum might object. I think our best option is to find a monkey.

Nice work viv. He looks familiar to me for some reason

I think we would need to strap him to the baja though or he'd just fall off at the first corner.

Although if you strap him in then presumably he will be engulfed in a ball of flames if you crash at full speed so swings and roundabouts really.

Based purely on the presumption that he won't be engulfed in a ball of flames, couldn't we just stick him on the Baja anyway & drive it over a swing & a roundabout?

I can't see a downside .. so I'd go for it. Might be best to get one of the nitro fuelled cars for maximum combustion.
