For those that are asking:

Installation steps.

1) Remove stock shift knob by pulling up.

2) Pry up on stock shift plate to remove from console.

3) Unclip two harnesses from shift plate.

4) Plug in M3 harnesses to the appropriate plug (Blue or white), align the pins before inserting

5) Wrap tape around the secured harnesses to make sure it holds (just in case)

6) Snap in manual shift boot to console

7)Press in M3 shift knob.

8) Done! If the lights arent working, try reversing the harness.

Actually, cost is $436 shipped if you include the manual boot option & he does say OBO...

Is the wiring harness from Roger @ MotiveMods, or did you make it up yourself?

Cause the MM harness includes a circuit board, which allows for OEM like functionality, plus dimming of LED's and permits the shifter to turn off when the vehicle goes to sleep

I would make an offer, but I would want 'with shift plate illumination' instead of manual boot, which requires a different harness...

It's a custom harness I did myself. I didn't find the dimming or sleep function to be critical because of the very low current draw, and I like the brightness.

Have an offer of 350 from the other forum, selling it at that price at the end of the week if no higher offers.
