Screw plugs replaced at 2000km service?
Just had my 2000k service done but work order does not indicate that the 2 differential drain plugs were replaced as this thread suggests they should be:
http://f80.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho....php?t=1007985 Has anyone had any experience with this? What was done was done was: -change engine oil 83-21-2-296-489 and replace screw plug 11-11-7-849-396 -change differential oil 83-22-9-407-870 and set oil-filter element 11-42-7-566-327 -recall to add a terminator resistor to PT-CAN

I as well. Even went as far as purchasing them, giving them to them and asking for the olds one back after several convos of them telling me it's not required. In the end it cost 12 bucks for a piece of mind and now they know not to fuck w me on the next one. Haha.
