Hey Austin
To @gmcconn535 and @stevespy et al
Man. How do you like this heat? Here for ACL and my mother taught me it was polite to at least call or say hello when in town. So 'howdy'. Either of y'all going down to Zilker? (See? In Texas 1 hour and I'm all y'all this an droppin' my g's that......) @lups: any chance you gonna road trip it down here this weekend? If you don't sleep you could be here by tomorrow night. No Danzig, but a pretty damn good lineup at ACL this year..... @m4tw? I guarantee you the 34 C today is warmer than the GSA right 'bout now.

LOL Myz, for you I'd get a map/ nav that isn't afraid of Texas.
Hey if anyone gets lost and needs a guide in the north, don't call me, but if I find my way to you, I'm awesome at milk runs and I'm highly trained airport taxi! I also do coffee and alcohol, depending on who's driving.

Dude, wouldn't you be in my shoes: atheist, I believe strongly in gun control everywhere, also storing them away from homes, pacifist (well... Except when my yber feminist side takes the wheel), I talk like a sailor, I respect no one as a rule, I use everything as a material for a joke ( ask @wah, I invited him to my house for Christmas, I promised to take him to the dog park for a snack (he's Korean)), I have issues with speeding and my favorite hobby is crushing idiots verbally.
The reason I picture Texas having less than third of this country's population is that you keep shooting each other for even having one of my "personality flaws". I'd rather go be the polar beers dinner than end up tied to a sign somewhere near the entry of Austin while vultures and hungry truckers search the left overs for a snack! I went to Georgia and Tennessee, I consider both as true acts of bravery! Also, I've shared a meal with a Texan, @soccerdad, but he was not packing and he had been euro trained by the childhood spent in Germany! Yes, candy wasn't brave enough, I wasn't the problem at all. (actually, I'm heading down there as soon as I can. The people I've met who are from there are more laid back than any other I've met here, I must see the place for myself)

Hey come on, that was not even by far my worst writing!
Still, I'm sorry, I'll be there during the spring.

Yeah, I think I have to come down one day. Death is not so bad after all, and feeding birds is always a good thing!

Actually saw a BSM F82 today in Austin, right by franklin's bbq (@stevespy - did not get to eat. In line at 10.30 but 'last man standing card' given out to peeps just in front of us and even then expected 4 hour wait.....holy f!) Was nice looking ride. Still had dealer/temporary tags so not sure if it was a member's car or just a test drive.
