Carrier Assignment Question
Hello,
Newbie here, I've been following the forum for a while now however, this is my first post. How are you all determining which carrier your M235 is on, the 800 number stated today that it is “ in transit” and to contact the dealer for additional tracking info however they show it still waiting at the port. This is so frustrating! Thanks, 2015 Mineral Grey Coral Red Interior Tampa Florida |

I don't believe the 800 number has much more info than the website bmwusa.com... so, once it leaves the factory, it will be in transit. You can call BMW's 800 number and speak with a live rep, but your CA should have the same level of information. You can also track on the WWL site with your VIN, but you will have to wait a few days for it to show up. I believe all east coast shipments are through WWL, but I'm not sure.

When you call the 800 you can ask for customer relations and there they'll be able to tell you the carrier. |
