The DMV can be a rough spot.

I wanna ask has anyone ever been arrested at their BMW dealership dealing with this CBU bullshit.

haha. Yeah I always see the signs all over the DMV about harassing DMV employees. Apparently "verbal abuse" is also a crime at the DMV. Convenient that the most frustrating place in the world has extra laws that basically limit how frustrated you can legally become.

Maybe if you drive it into the showroom with all the doors and windows closed they might take offence to that.

Yeah cause the next time you show up to dmv after that, they call the cops on you and if you tell them that you don't give a fuck just loud enough, you might get tazed

When I worked an indy BMW shop I told a customer that we weren't interested (I actually said "qualified") to work on his car.. a clapped out 99 528i that had a motorswap done by somebody, probably drunk, at night, and with a pitchfork for a toolbox. This car had more fault codes than.. an audi. it was amazing, every module literally had 3 pages of hard faults.

Anyways, I think he picked up the sarcasm in my voice and got a little ticked off. I guess he tried to pull a fast one (like jump the gate?) the next morning and on my way in I saw him face down on the curb outside work getting arrested.

What up neighbor?
The Hayward DMV is a baaaddddd place.
And yes, verbal abuse of a DMV employee is a crime in Ca.
But really, some of them need to be abused.

Haha. Compared to the Oakland DMV, the Hayward DMV is a godsend!
