Looking for interior pictures of non-sunroof 228 or M235
Anybody have a non-sunroof 228i or M235i? I'm looking for a picture of the interior roof -- how much headroom do you gain over the sunroof car? Does the headliner follow the exterior roofline?
Thanks! |

Also remember if you get manual seats, you get another 2". I'm 6'1" and have no moonroof and manual seats. I have the perfect amount of room. Head never feels close to the roof. Haven't tried with a helmet so I can't say, but I'd guess I could make it fit no problem. Love the seating position in this car.

I meant if you get plenty of headroom with manual seats don't expect the same amount with power seats. They sat lower on one series and I suspect the same in two series. Anyone have the delta?

I'm 6'2" with a moonroof and have plenty of room. How tall are you?

Yep I'm 6'2" with moonroof and power seats and have PLENTY of room as well. I never feel like my head is anywhere near the roof. My coworkers '14 SLK250 is something that my head feels like it is going to touch.

I am 5'11 with a moonroof and I feel quite comfortable. I also lowered my seat a bit not to avoid the roof, but to with getting in and out of the car with the steering wheel position.

I am VERY intrigued to hear that the non-power seats go lower - my dealer has yet to get in a non-Premium package car, and probably never will. Which makes me all the more peeved that there are several things I would like to have on the car that are only bundled into the Premium Package that includes the two big headroom robbers! So annoying.

I'm 6'1" and tested it with my helmet and it was tight (lightly touching when sitting straight, which never really happens) with the moonroof. Ordered without the moonroof will update when mine comes in.
