Considering an E90 328i, price advice needed.
I am looking for an E90 or E92 for my fiance to daily. I am having a hard time finding one thats decently equipped and red/burgandy color.
I found this one which seems to be fully loaded (except for NAV). http://www.ebay.com/itm/BMW-3-Series...US_Cars_Trucks Carfax shows that it had a "Minor Damage" reported which isn't a huge deal. What do you think is a fair price (without taxes) for such a car? Interestingly enough, I found TWO of the same color combo cars with similar options, was this some kind of special combo? Dealer painted both bumpers, did oil change and replaced the windshield. Tires are more than 7/32nd. Thanks! |

Gorgeous color combo! Looks great. I bought a very similarly equipped 08 with 20k less miles from a BMW dealer in AZ last year for about $2k less. The N52 in that car is a great engine!

I think 16,5 is a fair price for that one on eBay. It does look pretty loaded. Sport package obviously, xenons, and if I'm looking at it right, it has the Premium package too (the clown nose on the rear view mirror is smaller). But it also only has one key and I think that's like $300 to get a replacement.

Just found this one. Its local so it will end up being even cheaper.

my input - recently bought mine, 09 with all those options + nav + m-sport, with a few thousand miles less for roughly the same price

The ebay one I would be getting for $15,900 + $600 delivery. The 2011 posted later is $15,700 and is only 50 miles away. |

Looks like the 2011 does not have the sport seats like the 09. In my opinion the sports seats are vastly superior to the regular seats!

Not a big fan of vermillion also. Rather go with Barbara Red. - unknXXX |

You should buy one with MT. The NA inline 6 mated to a 6 speed MT is the perfect combination. It makes the car truly enjoyable to drive!

My biggest consern is xDrive's reliability. My fiance goes to autocross with me so the car will see some beating. Her current E46 330xi is plagued with front axle and t-case issues - this is why we are getting rid of it.

Color is one thing I don't have to worry about - she loves any shade of red lol. Her #1 is just the plain red, then vermillion and then barbara. My fiance's daily commute is in traffic. She knows how to drive MT, but refuses to daily a MT car. My E30 is MT so don't worry, we still have a manual BMW in the family |

If you're planning on driving the e90 till the wheels fall off and like 300K+ mileage; go with the one with the minor accident (you'll be able to bargain more)
If not choose the other one, just my 2cents |

First on on eBay is very firm at $15,900 out the door. Delivery to me will be $600. Second one I will start negotiating today. As of right now, we are at $15,700 without me trying anything. Reason for such lower prices is because I am actually in the car industry and have access to wholesale listings. I normally deal with very different cars so I am asking your advice on value of E90s. |
