Red face Headroom Difference in 4 Series with Sunroof?

Is there a difference in headroom in the 4 Series, with the Sunroof compared to without the Sunroof?

I think you're talking about millimeters, maybe centimeters and only if the sunroof cover is slid back.

I get confused with this, so WITHOUT the sunroof gets you a little more headroom?

Yes, it will be a few centimeters less headroom with the sunroof. At least it has been like this in the past, I haven't measured the 4-series though.

Yes it's quite a bit lower when you have a sunroof in order to accommodate the sunroof mechanism. I would say 3/4 inch lower when you have a sunroof. This is not going to be an issue, unless you drive with a helmet. This has been an issue for some when racing.

Can the 4's be ordered in the U.S. without a sunroof? True for the 4 GC's, too?

I don't have a sunroof but I keep banging my head of the front part of the roof which is way lower that the bit above your head, if the sunroof is that low all the way over with a sunroof that would be a problem for me
