Service Advisers?

Hi!

So I was just wondering if any of you guys/gals have the same service adviser? I have had 2 different advisers the last 3 times I went in for service. Recently I sent out an email to the service department regarding MPPK and MPE, and 2 other service adviser replied to the email.

MPPK $1310 = $175 labor

MPE $870 + $350 labor

Exhaust tips $86.25 x2.

So which Service Adviser do I go to? Does it even matter? I currently have relations with 4 different advisers.

Also, is this a good deal?

Thank you!

~Sam

IF you would like a comparison quote on the parts shoot our guy Mario a buzz at Mario@bmwpartspros.com

as far as the service reps if you have a stable of reps you use then I would suggest you compare all the quotes for install that you get from all of them and take the cheapest one? See which ones will give you a loaner while your car is in the shop and which ones wont. (that may or may not be important for you I don't know)

It would be wise to try and pick only one SA moving forward and try and establish a solid relationship with that one indiv. Knowing a service rep and having a great relationship with them can be "KEY" to any BMW owner.

Good luck!
