Selling my red/tan 2009 BMW 335D with 70k miles. This car is nearly fully loaded only missing one or two options (options listed below).

This is a very unique car being a diesel able to achieve nearly 40 mpg on the highway while still maintaining a quick sports sedan feel. Best mileage I've personally recorded was 38.9mpg.

Winter Wheels/Tires Are MB Battle wheels with TPMS sensors and 225/45/17 General Altimax Arctic Winter Tires. (Package has 3k miles on it) 3000 miles ago I changed the oil/filter as well as the fuel filter.

Oil Change/Fuel Filter done 4k miles ago

Earlier this year the car did get a new DEF/Urea tank as well as a new module and EGR valve.

I currently have a Zurich extended comprehensive warranty (best available through them) which is good until NOV 30, 2016 or 97,000 total miles on the car, which is transferable to new owner. This would be an additional $2500 if you desire.
