Guide for resetting adaptations with INPA?

Anyone have a guide on how to reset adaptations with INPA? I'm interested in clearing transmission adaptations since I just did the Alpina flash. But also I was considering resetting all adaptations for a "fresh start".

Thanks

Thanks. I didn't see a guide, but I found the missing gs19d.ipo file for the error I was getting in INPA when trying to look at the transmission.
