rattle
Help please
F30 tourer centre console has a buzzing rattle coming from the rear. main dealer said that the large spring foor the lid required a wax application. its made no difference and is driving me mad. if i dont lean on arm rest it stops. seems worse when plastic is cold (ie in the v early morning) |

F30s seem to have a lot of quality issues with interior, I have rattles and squeaks too. The service center has consistently not fixed any of those, I got the same "needs some lube/wax" response for door deals, front dash. I had a 328 rental recently and the speedometer/steering column had a continuous rattle. All the while I had it, I was so happy that my car didn't yet develop that sort of rattle. If my rattles get any worse, I doubt I will buy a BMW again.
