Hope this isn't someone on the forum

Just saw this pic of a brand new 428i completely submerged in the Detroit flooding. Ouch.

Ugh, that's sad. Doesn't even look like he had a permanent plate yet.

And of course I have to quote Risky Business..."Who's the U-Boat Commander?"

Well we had torrential down pours off and on all day yesterday. It was a record for most rain to fall in one day, ever. So it could have been a river, or it could have been 94 near the bridge to Canada (haha OC40)
Either way, I hope he wasn't racing an M6!

Lol. There is more than a 4-Series under the Canadian bridge. There may even be two turntables and a broken 808...

Sadly we know there is a Morton under there somewhere as well. Probably a couple glow sticks and some used profalactics.

The roads to my apartment complex were flooded bad. Had to slow down and creep through the pools of water.

If I lowered my car and added an intake, I would have been in some serious trouble. Can't believe that much rain caused flash flooding, in NJ this kind of rain is nothing.

Since there's a rescue/recovery diver in that shot, I really hope the driver managed to get out in time....
