So I just got my car back from the body shop, I recently got hit by a drunk driver. He flipped his car like mountain dew style like channing tatum.

anyways when the car landed on my ish, only one the headlights blew out. My car is an 12.... As of right now the corona's don't match up. I just got it back yesterday. The original one has a bluish tint the other one has less. maybe even a little greenish looking tint to it... Who should I go after Bmw parts or the body shop who got it from bmw? Would this be covered under a warranty of some sort?

I have no idea what this means. I guess something landing on your ish is probably bad. But I don't know if an 12 is better than an 11 or worse than an 13.

Anyway, since you have an 12 and they installed a new headlight, there is a chance there could be slight color difference. HIDs shift in tone over time. If you can really notice the difference, tell them you want your headlights to match and that you want the other one replaced. Good luck convincing the insurance company though.

Maybe the body shop gave you some bootleg parts instead of BMW OEM parts. definitely take it up with them

Sorry OP, didn't mean to take away from your thread.
If a body shop fixed your "ish", take your "ish" back and tell them to fix it. I'd assume insurance is involved and if so, give them a call. Tell them you're not happy with the way your "car" has been fixed and to help you resolve the matter. I wouldn't come out of pocket to do it on my own.

OP, I suppose you should first talk to the repair shop to make sure they used OEM parts. If it was OEM, then this must be a fairly common issue so talk to BMW and see what they recommend doing.
